i. General Information
This website is owned and operated by Top Charters Galápagos, a company dedicated to promoting and booking tourist tours in Galápagos.
All information published on the site is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.
ii. Reservations
Reservations are made by sending an email to info@topchartersgalapagos.com.
Once the email is received, a confirmation will be sent with the tour details and payment instructions.
Reservations are not considered confirmed until the corresponding payment has been made.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
iii. Payments and Cancellations
Payments must be made within the timeframe indicated in the confirmation email.
In case of cancellation by the client:
- Up to 7 days before the tour: 100% refund.
- Between 6 and 3 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before: no refund.
iv. Liability
Shared Tours Galápagos acts as an intermediary between tourists and tourism service providers (transportation, guides, accommodations, etc.).
It is not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, or any other inconvenience beyond its control.
v. Use of the Website
Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from this website without written permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify or delete content at any time without prior notice.
vi. Data Protection
By sending a reservation email, you agree that your personal information will be treated confidentially and used solely for reservation management purposes.
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
vii. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon posting on the website.
